Hi All,
We have had another fantastic week in Room 14 getting to know one another! Here a few things that are coming up next week, reminders and notices.
If you haven't already seen on our webiste or App. We have cross country on Monday afternoon students need suitable footwear for running and are encouraged to bring clothes to run in other than their uniform. They will need to wear their uniform to school.
We have our trip to the transfer station on Wednesday- please make sure permission slips are returned and money has been paid. If you have lost your notice, please let me know and I can email or print you another one :) A couple of parents can no longer help out on our trip so If anyone is available on Wednesday please let me know as I need 1 or 2 more helpers.
As the weather is getting cold and damp, lots of children are coming to school with runny noses. I have brought a couple of boxes of tissues, but I would appreciate if you could send in a box with your child at some point over the term. The warehouse is having a big sale this week and I got a box for $1 each!!
Just a reminder book bags and notebooks need to come everyday! I have been encouraging the children to take ownership and manage themselves. They should be putting it straight back in their bags after they have read with you and done their homework! So if you could help remind them of this, it would be much appreciated. Also poem books need to be returned on Monday so they are here to glue our poem in on Friday.
